Rafael Jackson began his career in business and hospitality management before finding his true calling in long-term care more than a decade ago. Since then, he has served in dietary, social services, and administrative leadership roles, preparing him to lead with both professional expertise and compassion. A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with dual bachelor’s degrees, Rafael also earned his MBA in Management and Finance.
As Administrator, he believes every resident deserves to be cared for with dignity, respect, and kindness. Families and staff alike know him as a steady leader who builds trust—whether he is sitting with a family in a moment of need or encouraging a team member to grow.

For Erica Leach, nursing is more than a profession—it’s a calling. With 17 years of experience across hospitals, skilled rehab, and correctional healthcare, she has learned that long-term care is where her heart belongs. She leads our nurses and CNAs with a balance of compassion and clinical expertise, ensuring residents receive not only excellent medical care but also the respect and dignity they deserve.
Erica earned both her associate and bachelor’s degrees in nursing and is continuing her education toward a doctorate. Families often notice her approachable presence on the floor, supporting her team and building trust through open communication.

Dedra Fields

With 24 years of experience in long-term care, Dedra Fields has walked nearly every path in this field—from personal care aide to certified nurse aide, medication aide, and medical records clerk, to her current leadership in admissions. Families often meet her at one of the most emotional points in their journey, and she takes pride in being a steady, reassuring guide.
Dedra earned her GED, then her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix, along with seven certifications in project management and strategic planning—all while raising her family. She is known for her warmth, honesty, and ability to build lasting relationships, and works to remove the administrative burden from families so they can focus on what matters most—their loved one.
